PlayHeat

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of PlayHeat. By using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Last updated: September 23, 2026

2. What PlayHeat does

PlayHeat reads workouts and GPS routes you permit through Apple Health, then creates on-device heatmaps and sprint summaries. You choose the pitch boundaries and analysis settings. Results are estimates and depend on route quality, device accuracy, and your selections.

3. Free use and Premium

The app includes a limited number of free heatmap creations. The limit may change and is shown in the app. A free use is counted when a heatmap is successfully created, whether or not you save it. After the free allowance, creating more heatmaps requires active Premium access.

Premium can be purchased as a one-week or one-year auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. Lifetime means access to the current PlayHeat Premium features for as long as PlayHeat remains available and supported; it is not a promise that the app or third-party services will exist forever.

4. Subscriptions, payment, and cancellation

• Apple displays the applicable price and billing period before you confirm a purchase and processes payment through your Apple Account. Prices can differ by region and may include applicable taxes.
• Weekly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless canceled. Apple handles renewals, billing, and price-change notices under its terms.
• You can cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid period shown by Apple. Deleting PlayHeat does not cancel a subscription.
• The lifetime option is a one-time, non-renewing purchase. It is not a subscription.
• Use Profile → Restore Purchases in PlayHeat to restore eligible purchases associated with your Apple Account. A network connection may be required.

For billing issues and refunds, use Apple's purchase support. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Your data and permissions

You are responsible for obtaining permission to use any workout data you analyze or share. Apple Health and location access are optional but required for features that depend on them. Local saved results may be lost if you delete the app or change devices; PlayHeat does not provide a cloud backup for them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Acceptable use and availability

Use PlayHeat lawfully and do not interfere with the app or its purchase systems. We may update, fix, or change the app and its features. We aim to keep the service available, but availability can be affected by device software, Apple Health, maps, App Store services, and network access.

7. Responsibility and contact

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PlayHeat is provided without a guarantee that every GPS route, map, or calculation will be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions about these terms or the app:

1. Koşullar hakkında

Bu koşullar PlayHeat kullanımınız için geçerlidir. Uygulamayı kullanarak koşulları kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

Son güncelleme: 23 Eylül 2026

2. PlayHeat ne yapar?

PlayHeat, izin verdiğiniz Apple Sağlık antrenmanlarını ve GPS rotalarını okur; cihazınızda ısı haritası ve depar özeti oluşturur. Saha sınırlarını ve analiz ayarlarını siz seçersiniz. Sonuçlar tahminidir; rota kalitesine, cihaz doğruluğuna ve seçimlerinize bağlıdır.

4. Abonelik, ödeme ve iptal

• Apple, satın almayı onaylamadan önce geçerli fiyatı ve fatura dönemini gösterir; ödemeyi Apple Hesabınız üzerinden işler. Fiyatlar bölgeye göre değişebilir ve vergiler içerebilir.
• Haftalık ve yıllık abonelikler iptal edilmediği sürece dönem sonunda otomatik yenilenir. Yenileme, faturalandırma ve fiyat değişikliği bildirimleri Apple koşullarına tabidir.
• iOS Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler bölümünden iptal edebilirsiniz. İptal, gelecekteki yenilemeleri durdurur; erişim genellikle Apple'ın gösterdiği ödenmiş dönemin sonuna kadar sürer. PlayHeat'i silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

6. Uygun kullanım ve erişilebilirlik

PlayHeat'i hukuka uygun kullanın; uygulamanın veya satın alma sistemlerinin çalışmasına müdahale etmeyin. Uygulamayı ve özelliklerini güncelleyebilir, düzeltebilir veya değiştirebiliriz. Hizmeti erişilebilir tutmaya çalışırız; cihaz yazılımı, Apple Sağlık, haritalar, App Store hizmetleri ve ağ erişimi kullanılabilirliği etkileyebilir.

7. Sorumluluk ve iletişim

Geçerli hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde PlayHeat, her GPS rotasının, haritanın veya hesaplamanın eksiksiz ve hatasız olacağı garantisi olmadan sunulur. Bu koşullar hukuken sınırlandırılamayan haklarınızı sınırlamaz.
